Here is a brief overview of what to expect during your first visit to our clinic.

Scheduling an Appointment

Before your first appointment, you'll want to set up an initial consultation so you can meet with our dentist and ask any questions. After that, our dental staff will schedule your first appointment, where our dentist will conduct a thorough exam and cleaning. After your first visit, we recommend scheduling follow-up visits every six months to keep your teeth and gums in good health.

We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete your new patient paperwork. You also have the option to download these forms and complete them prior to your appointment. Click the following link to download our new patient forms:

Discuss Symptoms with Our Dentist

It is important to discuss your oral health with our dentist. Providing our dentist with this information will allow for a better understanding of your individual needs. If you are feeling any sensitivity or discomfort in your mouth, let our dentist know. Our team at  Red Rose Family Dental in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, wants you to feel comfortable throughout your visit and will assist you with any dental issues you may be experiencing.

Discuss Your Daily Dental Routine

In addition to any pain you are experiencing, our dentist will also ask about your daily dental routine. This will give our dentist a better understanding of the current state of your oral health and the opportunity to look for areas of improvement. Our dentist will discuss proper teeth cleaning techniques and answer any questions you may have.

Our dentist will also take x-rays during your first appointment to better evaluate your oral health.

Our team is here to answer any questions you may have. Call us today at 717-826-9992 for an appointment.
